Wine Tasting

Mas de Puech vines are blessed with an excellent micro climate with 300 days sunshine each year, the long warm summers and dry autumns produce fruity and vibrant wines which are produced using traditional techniques in a modern winery to produce an exciting product.

The converted stable with its vaulted ceiling is an ideal environment to enjoy our range of wines.

The wines produced include:

Vin de Pays d’Oc Sauvignon Blanc 2007
:
deep concentration of fruits, perfectly balanced acidity, flavours of fresh cut grass and nettles which linger on the palate.

Vin de Pays d’Oc Chardonnay 2007: a typical fruity Chardonnay, lemon–gold in colour with mellow sweet aromas and pineapple and peach fruit flavours on the palate. Made from 100% Mas de Puech vines planted in 2002. These young vines give a balanced vibrant exciting wine.
